Prepare the quinoa: Soak the quinoa in water for 6–8 hours (or overnight). After soaking, rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water. 2. Soak the chia seeds: Mix the chia seeds with 50 ml of water and let them sit for 10 minutes until they form a gel. 3. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the soaked quinoa, chia seed gel, baking powder, salt, spices, and olive oil. Gradually add water to achieve a thick, slightly grainy batter consistency.
