Okay, you can use Ritz if you want to but Ritz has corn syrup. Corn syrup and cotton seed oil. You're like 50 ingredients. Crackers shouldn't have corn syrup. That's just that's just as fine. It looks just like a Ritz. It tastes exactly. Put it down. Let's you know. These ones are made out of vegetables. Your kid into eating that. Now get some pickle chips. That's right. That's Corey's thing. I mean listen. Hands down. These are the best pickle chips. She tried to buy some other ones. I was like no you don't buy other ones. These are but you're going to spill the juice. No I'm not. Come on drink it. Where those pickles are unmatched? Put one of those pickles in your mouth and tell me you have a pickle in that in your mouth. It is a very fresh pickle. Now get you whatever cheese you want to use. We're using monster cheese. It babe it's monster. It's called a monster cheese because after you eat it your breath turns into a monster. That's what it does. It actually does not. You're just trying to save yourself. It's called monster. And the other side comes out to be a monster too because it's ew. I'm only going to have one. They call it monster cheese because the way it makes your stomach sound after you're done eating it. Guys he doesn't even know what he's talking about. Okay now you want to bake them at 350 for 7 minutes. And it'll be ready? Yes. And before you eat it, make sure you hit it with some everything bagel seasoning, okay? I love everything bagel seasoning. Put you're being so I don't. Is it just a snack? Now top it with some dill. Ooh. Did you put some dill on it too? You know the dill. A little bit of dill on top. Oh yeah. Nice. Oh my goodness. Wow. This is going to be I already smell it. This is one snack that won't put your body in a pickle. Now here's our nice look at that. Christmas tree. Look at that. Cutting board because we still haven't cleaned up. So what? I got the biggest pickle on the biggest cracker. Alright. This is gotta be this is okay. I can't even our house smells so good right now. Maybe she's a fainting goat. What if she was a fainting goat? What if I identify as one? Ooh. She got you there. This is good. It is delicious. Oh my gosh. This is so good. This is and how fast and easiest was to make. The fact that this is a snack. This might be the only snack we ever eat now on. This is so good. This is our lunch. Mm. And I'm okay with it. I might not be okay with it later but right now I'm happy with it.

921K views · 21K reactions | How to Make Fried Chicken | You Can Cook That with Nicole | Allrecipes | Good fried chicken is good. Great fried chicken is an entirely different thing. Let Nicole show you how to make *great* fried chicken. LEARN MORE:... | By Allrecipes | This is the crunchiest, crispiest, and juiciest fried chicken you'll ever see. Is your mouth watering yet? I'm showing you how to make fried chicken better than take out that's crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I like using the drumsticks and the thighs not only because they're the perfect size but because that dark meat is less likely to dry out when we cook it. If you do like the white meat, frying a chicken breast that's this big is difficult. So, my suggestion would be to cut it in half. Once you've got your chicken picked out, then we're gonna prepare it for its little bath. It definitely needs to take a little buttermilk soak. Buttermilk is key here not only for flavor but it's gonna help keep that meat nice and tender. I just go in with the whole court. Cover up that chicken, give it a bath. The chicken will reap the benefits of this little buttermilk bath if you do it a day in advance but give it at least a few hours. I'm gonna add in a little more flavor with some hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss it around. We'll cover it and let it refrigerate. Once we've taken it from our buttermilk mixture, all we do is coat it in a seasoned flour and hit the fryer. You got this. We're just gonna do flour, salt, pepper a little bit of cayenne and then onion powder and garlic powder that's what's gonna give it some extra flavor and then just a little paprika for added color. Alright, let's fry it up. I've got my chicken that's been soaking for several hours. One of the challenges a lot of people face is that the outside is cooked before the inside of the chicken is done. One way to avoid that is let it sit at room temperature for about an hour before you fry it so the pieces aren't ice cold before they go into the fryer. Alright, so we're going to go from our buttermilk bath. Let's excess drip off and then hit it into our flour mixture then I'm gonna let it rest on a wire rack until we're ready to fry it. One way to make this whole process a little less messy is to add all your dry ingredients to a large zip lock bag or even a paper bag and shake your chicken around in that. I guess I felt like being messy today. Once you've got your chicken coated, you wanna let it sit on the rack while you get your oil hot. It's great if you let it sit out for about 20 minutes which is the perfect time while we heat our oil. A couple things to know before we actually start frying, it's a good idea to turn your oven on 200 because we're gonna have to fry this chicken and we don't want our first piece to be cold by the time we're finished with our last. A candy thermometer is great for this job because you wanna be able to monitor the temperature of your oil. You wanna get it going at 350° knowing that once we put the chicken in, that temperature is gonna lower. We wanna consistently fry the chicken at about 320° for the whole process. I'm using good old vegetable oil, nothing fancy here and I've got it to about an inch deep in my Dutch oven. You can use a big cast iron skillet. Tomatoes takes a little more extra precaution when you use something a little tall. Each batch will take around 15 minutes to cook. You wanna cook it of course until it's about 160 to 165 and you're only gonna flip it once or twice throughout the process. Is your mouth watering yet? Look at this. This is the crunchiest, crispiest, and juiciest fried chicken you'll ever see. When it's this easy to make at home, there's no need to stop and pick up that eight-piece bucket from a fast food restaurant. The ultimate satisfaction is when you get that crunch with, say it with me. The perfect bite. The perfect bite. That's right. Listen, I'm even gonna take it one step further and tell you the ultimate fried chicken experience is when you follow it up with the perfect sip, something bubbly. The fried chicken is rich and indulgent and you want something to cut that fat with, a little bubbly. Trust me. Mm hmm. A perfect sip for the perfect bite. Come on. You've gotta try this fried chicken at home and let me know what you wanna see me make next and when it comes to the crunchiest fried chicken at home, you can cook that.

YOU can make one at home, much more easily than you think. Let Nicole show you how to make the... | By Allrecipes | Learn how to make an ice cream cake with lots of crunchies. I've got a recipe that's about a third of the price and it's easy to make. All you need is a quarter and a half of vanilla ice cream. Or whatever ice cream. All we're gonna do is peel down the sides of the carton and make big slices and form it into an eight-inch round cake pan that's been lined with plastic wrap. Get ready. Your hands are gonna get a little bit cold but this is way easier than having to put it in a mixer to soften your ice cream and all that. We're just gonna form it to the of the pan. Alright, so once you formed it in, just close the plastic wrap over and you're gonna wanna pop this in the freezer for at least an hour just so it gets nice and firm and then we'll build our cake. Of course, I'm gonna start with a box cake mix. Because it's not about the cake. It's about the ice cream. No special tricks here. Just follow the recipe on the box. I'm gonna pour this into an eight-inch round cake pan. This box mix will actually make two round cake so you can use one for this recipe and freeze one for one down the road. It's just that easy. Alright, my cake is out of the oven. Gonna let that cool while we work on the crunchies. I think you're either team Baskin Robbins which is like cake and ice cream or team Carvell which is like just ice cream and crunchies. I think why not have both? So, that's what we'll do. I had no idea the secret to the crunchies are just two ingredients. Oreo cookies and magic shell. Genius. You just wanna coarsely chop your Oreos. You can do this just pounding them in a plastic bag or just chop them with an and then you stir in a whole bottle of Magic Shell. So, it's about one bottle of Magic Shell to two cups of the cookie crumbs. The magic happens when this mixture gets cold because we know what happens when Magic Shell touches ice cream, it hardens. Hence the word, crunchies. Time to build. I've got my cake layer that has completely cooled and I turned it upside down on a cardboard round and we're just gonna put our crunchies on top of that. You wanna spread this out but don't go quite all the way to the edge. Now, time for the ice cream layer. Alright, we're going to take it out of our pan. Now, we have a perfect ice cream layer and it's okay that it's not perfectly smooth on one side. It is on the other. So, we're gonna turn that side down and have your smooth side on top. I mean, come on y'all. You didn't think it was gonna be this easy. We're gonna pop this back in the freezer for about an hour and we're gonna make that delicious frosting. And it's not actually frosting, it's just a yummy, sweetened whipped cream. It's just a pint of heavy cream and about two cups of powdered sugar. You're gonna get pretty thick. A little bit thicker than you would if you were just whipping cream to top on a dessert. Nice and sturdy. It's the perfect frosting. Alright, here we go. Right on to our frozen cake. The hardest thing about making this cake is the waiting because you know, the in and out of the freezer but it's worth it. Now, you know what makes these cakes iconic is that like ridge pattern around the outside. So, we're gonna create that with just a serrated knife and we're just going to run it along the side. If you had a turn table, then you could use that here but I don't. So, I won't. It's not perfect but I'm gonna add sprinkles later and I can cover up my mistakes cuz that's what I do. Cover up my mistakes with sprinkles. Alright, so if you wanted to serve this on the same day, just freeze it for at least another hour but this is really best. In my opinion, if you can make it the day before and let it freeze overnight, you're good to go. Time for the finishing touches. For my finishing touches, you could just leave it like this. You could pipe on a little more of that whipped cream frosting or you can do what I did which is by a can of plain white frosting and color it whatever color you want. It has to match your shirt. It has to match my shirt. Now, I'm just gonna add some sprinkles around the edges and we're good to go. That is cute. Nailed it. Nailed it. Nailed the ice cream cake. Okay, it's all finished and I don't know that I've been this proud of something I've made in a long time. Let's cut into it. Shall we? Here's a tip. Get your knife hot with some hot water before slicing into it so that it'll just cut right down. Oh, I mean, look at this. Perfection. All three layers. All four delicious components. The cake, the crunchies, the ice cream, the frosting. This is the perfect bite, all in one slice. You know what time it is. It's like the best part of cookies and cream ice cream. Mixed with the right amount of whipped cream and cake. Perfect ratio. This is just good. Y'all it's just good. And don't forget, it cost way less than buying that store-bought version and I'm gonna say it's better because you really can't find an ice cream cake that has all the right components. When it comes to ice cream cake at home, you can cook that. Oh Can't resist.
