Ribbon fries!

Ingredients: • 4 russet potatoes • Favorite seasonings Oil for frying How to: Start by washing your potatoes very well, dry off and then grab a zoodler or potato peeler and start peeling the potatoes into “ribbons” Wash your fries with cold water and empty out the water! Fill the bowl up with cold water and let sit for 1 hour or longer! Remove from the bowl and dry very very well. Get a pan and bring up some oil to 350° drop in your potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown! Season immediately after removing from the oil! Top with anything you’d like and enjoy :)
