Here’s how you make this delicious Mango Sukha Bhel at home ☺️  Ingredients :   • Makhana - 1/2 Cup  • Kurmura - 1/2 Cup  • Rock Salt - 1/2 Tsp  • Jeera Pwd - 1/2 Tsp  • Ghee - 1 Tsp  • Roasted Chana - 1/4th Cup  • Coriander - 2 Tbsps  • Mint - 1 Tbsp  • Anardana - 1/2 Tsp  • Salt & Pepper - to Taste  • Dried Curry Leaves - 5 to 6 nos   • Onion - 1 small  • Tomato - 1 small  • Green Chilly - 1 no   • Mango - 2 nos   • Coriander - 1 Tbsp  • Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp  • Lime Juice - 1 no   Sev & Papdi for Garnish  Process :   * To a saucepan, add in 1 tsp of ghee, kurmura & makhana and roast until golden brown add in the rock salt & jeera powder   • * Sukha Bhel Masala - to a blender, add in the roasted chana, dried curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, dried anar dana & salt & peppe
