Vegetarian/vegetarian-adaptable recipes/ideas. For sattvic versions/what Krishna likes, use meat, fish replacements like paneer, urd or mung vadas...; various egg replacers; hing instead of garlic & onion; lemon juice instead of vinegar. No mushrooms, gelatin... Pure homemade ghee is preferred over vegetable oils, with the exception of olive oil on salad or Italian dishes (but never heated).
