For Caramelized Apple Topping: •190g Peeled & Chopped Apple( 1/2 red gala & 1/2Granny Smith) •75g Granulated Sugar or golden sugar •1/2tsp Cinnamon Powder •1/2tsp Vanilla Extract •3tsp Cornstarch ( mixed with 2 tsp water) Method:-Peel and chop apples into medium sized cubes. In a pot combine chopped apple, sugar, cinnamon & vanilla extract.Cook on medium heat until apple is half cooked. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Let it come to a boil and then remove from heat.Transfer in a heatproof container and place it in the fridge to cool completely. Crumble Topping: •50g (1/4cup) Butt
