943K views · 7.9K reactions | Easy crockpot soup | Easy crockpot soup I make a soup perfect for fall in my slow cooker. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, with our beans, I'm going to bring in a can of Rotel. This is going to be such an easy and delicious crockpot dinner that's perfect for these colder months that are on their way. Now, I'm going to bring in one pound of cooked ground beef and if you don't want ground beef, you could use a sausage but I think ground beef is perfect for this. Now I have here half a cup of diced carrots. Oh my goodness it's going to be so good you guys. Half a cup of diced celery. Alright there. Look how beautiful and colorful this is. The more colors you eat the healthier it is. Now I have half a cup of diced white onion. Yummy. Alright and we are going to smell of this with our marinara pasta sauce. We're going to put this whole jar right in the crockpot with all of those delicious ingredients. Make sure you get all of that out. Perfect and I'm using the Newman's Owen because it's cheap and delicious. Alright and I have here some Italian seasoning that we are going to sprinkle right into our crockpot. This is a big crockpot so make sure to add plenty of seasoning. Oh my goodness, smells so good. I definitely recommend this brand. Whoo. Alright and then the last seasoning I'm going to use is some garlic powder because you guys know I love my garlic. Oh yeah. Plenty of that in here. Smells so good. Well, that's a lot of garlic. Oh yeah. Okay, we're going to give this all a good mix before we add two more ingredients. We just want to make sure that marinara gets nice and spread out among our other ingredients. Look how beautiful and colorful that looks. Oh my goodness. This is going to be absolutely delicious. I just want to eat it like that. Oh you totally could. Alright now we are going to bring in some beef broth because this is going to be a soup. Oh yeah. Perfect for fall. And we are adding three cups of beef broth to our crockpot. Just make sure all those are covered. That's kind of when you know you have enough. Alright but we're not done yet. We are going to add our pasta and we're going to add it in raw so we'll cook in the crockpot and I'm going to add half of this box. How do you how do you pronounce that pasta? You know what? I'm not even going to try because people will just make fun of me. I miss you. Alright. So, we added about one cup of our pasta into the crockpot raw. Give it one more mix. Make sure everything is nice and blended together and now, this is ready to start cooking. Oh my goodness. It's going to be delicious, you guys. We're going to go ahead and put our lid on and pop this on high. Alright, you guys. It's been two hours on high. I'm going to go ahead and pop this to warm and let's check it out. My goodness. Give this a nice stir. That pasta cooked up. Oh yeah. Doesn't that look incredible? Holy moly that looks amazing. What is this called? Like a goulash? Is that what it is? Yeah, it's a goulash medley. Alright, let's go ahead and serve this up. Oh, those veggies are nice and cooked. Let's give it a try. Oh my gosh. That is incredible. Wow. It's really good you guys. I am so thankful for all of you watching and I just wanted to say a big thank you for 2 million followers. I appreciate you guys and I hope you love this recipe and try it at home.
