This quick to make dessert uses Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, store bought pumpkin pie, crushed ginger cookies, and swirls of cookie butter #BreyersPartner 1 carton Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream 1 c. cookie butter 2 c. crushed gingersnaps 1/2 pumpkin pie, cut into pieces 1 cup whipped cream topping -Scoop vanilla ice cream into a large bowl. Stir until spreadable. -Working quickly, sprinkle the bottom parchment lined loaf pan with ½ cup of the crushed cookies and ½ cup pumpkin pie pieces. -Dollop ice cream over the cookies and pie and spread until an even layer forms. -Swirl 1 tablespoon of cookie butter into ice cream. -Repeat layers until loaf pan is full. -freeze 4-6 hours, until firm. -enjoy!
