Filling: whisk cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp of rosemary or thyme. Spread Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Arrange turkey slices over cheese, Spread half cranberry sauce over turkey and top with remaining cheese. mix together melted butter, poppy seeds, garlic, and salt. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden.
