And it’s truly just so easy to make. - - Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup ricotta 1 tbsp hot honey (I use @mikeshothoney) 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp lemon zest salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Place the ricotta in a food processor. Purée for 2 minutes or until it’s smooth. Place the whipped ricotta in a serving bowl or spread on a plate. In a separate bowl, stir together the, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil & honey. Pour the herb and honey mixture on top of the whipped ricotta. Top with salt & pepper to taste.
