My wonderful step mother makes this for every family function ( mainly because she is asked to do so) INGREDIENTS 2 cans of veg-all 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 stack of ritz crackers 1 stick butter COOKING INSTRUCTIONS * Mix the first four ingredients together and place in casserole dish * Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter *crumble the Ritz mixture on top of casserole *bake in oven on 350 degrees for 45mins
