Here’s part two of our Valentine’s Day Carnival: heart-shaped balloon pop! This game is super simple to make and you barely need any supplies.

Going all out for someone special on Valentines Day doesn’t always have to be expensive. I put together this Valentines Day set up in my apartment for less than $25 at Dollar Tree. (There were a lot more balloons on the floor in the end lol) I purchased 6 packs of balloons ($1 each), a balloon bouquet($8), 3 packs of streamer ($1 each, tape ($1), rose petals ($1 for 300 petals), and a card ($1). So if you’re not sure what to get or do this year, check out your local dollar tree 🥰
