Recipe and method below 👇 👇   These scallops have been served with a refreshing mango and edamame salsa, and painted with a confit garlic and red pepper purée and an avocado mayo.  Seared Scallops:  Scallops - 6  Butter - 20g  Thyme - few sprigs  Lemon - 1/4 lemon   1. Sear on high heat around 1 minute per side  2. Throw in butter and thyme of the ingredients baste and turn for a following minute  3.
