These Infused Olive Oil Recipes are simple to prepare and have many flavor options such as lemon and thyme, chili oil, and herb-infused oil.

Heads of garlic are slow roasted in olive oil with thyme and black peppercorns until tender and fragrant. This Roasted Garlic Oil is a staple in my pantry.

Heat the olive oil to 180°F in a pot over a medium/low heat. Remove the oil from the heat and pour the hot oil over the dried additives, let cool, then pour into your container and seal tightly.
