1 stick of salted butter, 1 cup of Krusteaz pancake mix, 1 large can of peaches, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Melt butter and pour into 9×13 baking dish.
