These basil oil beans, or green-beans as I like to call them, are a staple weeknight dinner. They are quick, easy, delicious and ready in minutes. And also they are SO satisfying. Because truly nothing can really beat rice and beans.

When hot salad season starts (and yes, it's a thing) this Baked Kale Salad with Crispy Quinoa is the only one I want. All the vegetables are roasted in the oven, and the quinoa is toasted to a crispy perfection. It's the perfect balance of flavors and a great way to pack vegetables into your meal.

These beans might be plant-forward, garlic-forward, and delicious, but believe it or not, they were inspired by classic garlic bread. This recipe uses 100 garlic cloves (casual) but turns into something incredible. It's an easy, saucy recipe that's both filling and wholesome, and if you're into garlic, it will definitely leave you wanting more!

This recipe doesn't cook anything, but it leaves you with a ton of flavor. It's a mix of chickpeas, gochujang, coconut milk and fresh herbs, with a touch of syrup and vinegar for acid and sweetness. Make it once and it will be in your repertoire forever.
