Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained, peeled and dried
4 tbs aquafaba/brine from chickpea can
1/2 cup hulled tahini
1/3 – 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (depends on how thick you like your hummus)
zest of one lemon
juice of a lemon
4 ice cubes
1 garlic clove
1 tsp chilli paste
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions
Place everything into a food processor and add ice cubes. Let them melt.
Process for at least 60 seconds until smooth.
