Diet culture always has hacks to “trick” hunger like filling up on water before meals, swapping your favorite foods for ridiculous volume hacks, or loading up on a boatload of protein. Many diet programs offer promises that you’ll “never feel hungry” on their plan. It’s no wonder when I work with clients who have a super complicated relationship with experiencing hunger after dieting!  Im here to remind you that experiencing hunger is normal.
