Custard and almond brioche buns
Brioche-
850g plain flour or bread flour
100g sugar
4 tsp active dried yeast
100mls warm milk
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
200g butter, softened 
Extra melted butter to brush over

Custard-
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn flour
2 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze-
1 cup icing mixture
1 tsp vanilla 
2-3 tbsp milk

In a large bowl, add your flour and create a well in the centre to add the sugar, yeast and warm milk in to. Let the yeast bloom for 3-5 minutes before adding in the salt and eggs, and combining well with a spatula.
