2. 1 tbsp soy sauce or Tamara to make GF
3. 1 tbsp hoisin
4. 1 tsp white pepper
5. 1 tbsp cornstarch 
6. 4 garlic cloves, minced
7. 2 carrots, thinly sliced
8. 12 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
9. 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
10. 1 package of chow mien noodles or GF noodles
Sauce:
1. 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2. 2 tbsp soy sauce
3. 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
4. 1 tbsp water
5. 3 tbsp sugar
6. 1/2 tsp white pepper
