Grocery restock for next week 😋 I start a new job with a new schedule tomorrow so I’m taking advantage of the change to start a workout routine and get focused on training and weight loss🚶🏽‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️ When I transitioned to animal based I just wanted to focus on changing my eating habits so being on a caloric deficit and stuff wasn’t my focus, now that I feel I have a pretty good handle on the eating I’m going to start doing more intermittent eating to make it easier to be on a caloric deficit...
