My absolute fav for the winter holidays here's what you'll need for this recipe: 4 sheets of puff pastry 1/4 cup of softened butter 11/3 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons cinnamon 1 beaten egg for egg wash 3/4 cup powdered (confectioners) sugar Method: 1. Cut puff pastry sheets into large circles using a plate as a guide. 2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. 3. Layer dough circles on a baking sheet, spreading butter and cinnamon sugar on each. 4. Stack circles, leaving the fourth on top, and cut into 16 pieces. 5. Twist pairs of strips, pinch ends, reshape as needed, and brush with egg wash. 6. Bake at 200°C for 20 mins until golden brown. 7.
