Ingredients: 4 Clementines 6 eggs 225g granulated sugar 250g almond flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Instructions: 1. Place the clementines in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Drain and allow the clementines to cool for 20minutes or until easy to handle. 2. Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8-inch springform pan 3.
