Ashley Lamego ♥ on Instagram: "Cinnamon Twists ✨ 1 puff pastry sheet 1/2 cup of sugar 2 tsp of cinnamon 3 tbsp of butter (melted) Icing sugar for garnish Thaw your puff pastry sheet (it should still be cold to the touch). Roll it out slightly, but make sure to keep its rectangular shape. In a bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush melted butter onto one side of the puff pastry sheet and cover with cinnamon sugar mixture. Allow the butter to absorb the sugar mixture. Fold the puff pastry sheet in half and cut equal strips. (About 11-12 strips) Pinching the ends of each strip twist the puff pastry about 4-5 times and place on a lined baking tray. Repeat this step for all the strips. Coat each twist with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 F for about 1
