How to make individual Spring Cheese Boats 🌸
15min · 8 servings Hosting a get-together soon?! Make individual bamboo boats for your guest to enjoy with raincoast crisps on each boat. These little cuties make it so easy for your guests to grab & mingle or hang while enjoying their own mini cheese board. And with raincoast crisps, each bite is always full of flavor that is perfect, no matter the cheese. Each box of raincoast crisps is hand-packed for optimal freshness - You’ll always find multiple boxes in my pantry to have on hand for any occasion. To make each boat, here’s what you need: • raincoast crisps in multiple flavors • Manchego cut into triangles • Gouda cut into matchsticks • Salami rose & Mozzarella skewer • Bundle of grapes • Strawberries • Dried Apricots • Nuts • Fresh Sage • Edible Flowers I’ve said

This cheese cutting technique is one of my faves. I can’t remember where I saw this first (if u know, shout it out in the comments), but it’s truly a game-changer for cutting perfectly even cheese slices. Why do you need even cheese slices? Well technically you don’t NEED to make yours even, but it does look beautiful on a cheese board when they are. Plus they look awesome when you stack them in a “deck” like I did here.

HELPFUL TIPS / INSTRUCTIONS 1. Chill Brie in the freezer for 10 min so it’s easier to cut 2. Cut brie into eighths. (Like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut id the brie is sticking to it. 3. Within each “slice” cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side. 4. Once cheese gets back to room temp, some of the slices may stick together, but it’s still a great guide for your guests to cut and serve themselves. I’ve been seeing this all over the place. Lmk if you know the person that started the technique so I can tag them.
